The vacuum regulator is installed in the intermediate process between the chlorine container and the chlorine injector to convert the chlorine gas pressure at static pressure into the vacuum pressure at negative pressure.  [Structure and function]
– The vacuum regulator is designed to convert the chlorine gas pressure from the chlorine container into the chlorine injector from high pressure to vacuum pressure.
– The vacuum regulator is designed to be able to use up to the maximum input capacity of the chlorine injector. In addition, it has a built-in SPRING LOADING UNIT consisting of GAS INLET VALVE, PVC HOUSING, VENT, and DIAPHRAGM.
– The vacuum regulator is equipped with a SAFETY valve to return the pressure above the proper pressure to the vacuum regulator when the supply of chlorine gas is interrupted. If the supply of chlorine gas is interrupted, chlorine gas should not leak out.
– The vacuum regulator is equipped with a SAFETY VALVE to return the chlorine gas to normal pressure when the supply of chlorine gas to the chlorine injector is interrupted due to exhaustion of chlorine gas during the injection of chlorine gas.
– The vacuum regulator has a vacuum indicator on the front of the vacuum regulator to check the supply of chlorine exhaustion and vacuum.
– The vacuum indicator is designed to allow the indicator to be sucked into the vacuum regulator when the chlorine gas is exhausted and the chlorine container valve is locked, and automatically pops out again when chlorine gas is supplied or chlorine is injected.
– The vacuum regulator is made of chlorine gas resistant quality and can be maintained and serviced at any time.
